Control Requirements of Two-dimensional Manipulator
A cycle cycle of the two-dimensional manipulator can be divided into 8 steps.
The first step is that when a workpiece appears on the workbench A (which can be detected by the photocoupler I0.3 = ON), the manipulator starts to descend. When the manipulator descends into place (which can be detected by the limit switch I0.5 = ON), the manipulator stops descending and the first step ends.
The second step is that the manipulator starts to grasp the workpiece at the lowest position, about 10 seconds (T101 = ON) to grasp and grasp, and the second step ends.
The third step is for the manipulator to grasp the workpiece and rise. When the manipulator rises to the position (which can be detected by the limit switch I0.4 = ON), the manipulator stops rising, and the third step ends.
The fourth step is that the manipulator grasps the workpiece and moves to the right. When the manipulator moves to the right (it can be checked by the limit switch I0.7 = ON), the manipulator stops moving to the right, and the fourth step ends.
The fifth step is that the manipulator starts to descend in the rightmost position. When the manipulator descends to the position of workbench B (which can be detected by the limit switch I0.5 = ON), the manipulator stops descending, and the fifth step ends.
The sixth step is that the manipulator starts to relax the workpiece, which takes about 10 seconds (T102-ON). After 10 seconds, the workpiece is released, and the sixth step ends.
The seventh step is that the manipulator starts to rise. When the manipulator rises in place (which can be detected by the limit switch I0.4 = ON), it stops rising and the seventh step ends.
The eighth step is that the manipulator starts to move to the left at the high position. When the manipulator moves to the left (it can be detected by the limit switch I0.6 = ON), the manipulator stops moving to the left. End of step 8.
